11th Azerbaijan International
17 - 19 November 2021 • Baku Expo Center
The 10th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Environmental Exhibition, Caspian Ecology 2019, has completed its work on the 15th of November at the Baku Expo Center.
During the VIP tour of the anniversary exhibition, and meetings with journalists, heads of departments that are responsible for environmental protection and cultivation of natural resources have repeatedly noted the effectiveness of Caspian Ecology. The leading exposition of the region traditionally provided useful contacts and acquaintances with current trends in the eco-industry, and also facilitated numerous meetings between representatives of the public sector with manufacturers, sellers of eco-products, and industry experts. In general, over 10 years, the exhibition has gathered at its site more than 500 companies from 15 countries worldwide.
In its anniversary year, the exhibition once again attracted the attention of the public and relevant structures to environmental issues, optimizing the use of natural resources and the recycling of materials. The main expositions successfully reflected the leading directions of the eco-industry. Among them are waste management, water purification systems, healthy nutrition, engineering and consulting services, products from recycled materials, paper production and much more.
The attention of visitors was attracted by progressive environmental projects of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CJSC Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company, Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Public Union IDEA, and the Small and Medium Businesses Development Agency of Azerbaijan.
Most exhibitors noted unconditional benefits of the participation of such companies and structures as Azersu, Azersun, Azergold, BP, GIZ, SOCAR Polymer, Tamiz Shahar, and of the business negotiations with representatives of these organisations.
During the business programme of the exhibition, bilateral B2B business meetings were held between local and foreign exhibitors. For the first time in the framework of the exhibition, the session “Corporate Social Responsibility - Green Wave” was organised, during which representatives of a number of companies shared their practical experience in implementing environmental activities.
Thus, Caspian Ecology is an important strategic hub creating the opportunity to meet with leading industry players and government agencies on the same site, meet new suppliers and partners, and conclude lucrative contracts.
The organiser of the exhibition is Caspian Event Organisers (CEO). The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Public Union IDEA and the Small and Medium Businesses Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
